Payment
How to pay.
- Zelle or PayPal invoiceThe PayPal invoice accepts PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, or any credit or debit card, and includes a 2.99% processing fee. Zelle has no fee. Payment in full is due before the inspection.
- CashAccepted only when you are on site at the inspection, and paid then. Cash can’t be accepted remotely.
- Open daily, 7 AM to 7 PMMost inspections are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours of booking.
If the car sells first
Used cars sell fast. If the vehicle sells before I head out to it, you get a full refund. You can also reschedule or cancel free with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If I arrive and the vehicle has been sold, isn’t available, or the seller won’t allow the inspection, a $50 trip fee applies and the rest of your payment is refunded. Full details are in the terms.
